In order to navigate our society that has been programmed in ableism and in the inclusion of individuals with chronic illness and disabilities we provide a session of Chaplaincy support, social emotional learning, various healing modalities, embodiment practices and art therapy to learn to advocate for oneself, implement safe boundaries, address internalized trauma narratives.
