For thirty (30) years I have been studying, being initiated and practicing cultural ritual practices as part of my spiritual practice. This has allowed me to connect to the ecosystems that I am part of in this Universe. There is wisdom in the Trees, Air, Earth, Cosmos, Flora and Fauna and the cycles of life.

We will learn the basis of ritual and connect with ritual as self-care.
